 Butwal Power Company (BPC) Limited is a leading hydropower developer of Nepal. Butwal Power Company Limited became a public company since February 1993 (registration No. Pa Li No. 3 - 49/50). After privatization of the company in 2003 the principal shareholders of BPC are the Private Shareholders (Shangri-la Energy Limited and Interkraft Norway) and Ministry of Water Resources, Nepal Government.
